From January to May 2026, the One Proposal supported 7,075 unique beneficiaries across Ukraine, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the initiative has accompanied people displaced within Ukraine and across neighbouring countries, reaching 157,480 unique beneficiaries since 2022 through emergency assistance, shelter, healthcare, education, legal and psychosocial support, livelihoods and community integration.
Despite reduced and delayed funding, which limited the scale of some activities, JRS teams and partners continued to prioritise the most urgent needs while supporting longer-term stability, independence and inclusion.
