Portugal

Since 1992 JRS Portugal has been dedicated to providing daily social and psychological support, medical and legal assistance, vocational integration and housing for the most vulnerable forced migrants and refugees who come to JRS premises. In Lisbon, two centres welcome and provide accommodation for refugees, relocated people and other forced migrants for various lengths of time. Additionally, JRS Portugal provides support and monitors conditions in the country’s detention centre.
