Brussels, 16 April 2020 –  With a message of solidarity and optimism, activist and singer, Rozalen has released “Aves enjauladas” (Caged Birds) in the wake of the global crisis stemming from COVID-19. The song comes to us as a reminder—a reminder that we will return with more strength.

In addition to the touching message, “Aves enjauladas” has been dedicated to Entreculturas, a Jesuit NGO in Spain.  The funds gathered with each play on music streaming platforms will support the hosting scheme for families, women and children facing adverse circumstances of our partner Servicio Jesuita a Migrantes (SJM) in Valencia, Spain. SJM Valencia supports basic needs while promoting personal autonomy and emancipation from social resources with mutual support spaces—of which includes psychological care.
