The One Proposal 2025 Annual Report

In 2025 the One Proposal supported 22,689 unique beneficiaries across Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. Coordinated by JRS Europe and the Xavier Network, the project delivered 822,948 individual services since 2022, responding to urgent needs while strengthening long-term integration pathways.
With a total 2025 budget of €1.45 million, the initiative focused on education, psychosocial support, shelter, legal assistance, and community integration, accompanying displaced people from survival toward stability and dignity.
